IMG Innovations Ltd was formed back in 2009 with the initial aim of providing online training material via the internet. In the development stages, our direction quickly changed out of the blue when we were offered our first support based contract with BT Lynx. Since then, we have grown from strength to strength with our consultancy expertise providing professional services within three main business sectors of Training, Project and Change work which has developed exponentially over time, giving our customers the solid substance, reliability and trustworthy partnerships that they deserve.
Whilst we will continue to improve and provide the best services in Training and Project based work that we can, our future focus is to support this by providing quality business development and training products online through our web portal and see this as the next progression in continuing to support our present and future customers.
- About me – Jason Hawley

My career has been quite varied and has had me working in Sales, Security, Customer Service, IT Field Engineer, IT Support, IT Configuration, Consultancy, Training and Project Support/Management and even, dare I say it, as a part time ‘copper’ in my younger days.
However, the biggest turning point of my life and career, which delayed the launch of IMG Innovations Ltd, was the heart wrenching sad loss of my Dad. He was my guide and inspirer but one whom always went through his life with Kindness, Integrity, Reliability, Respect and Trust – all qualities that are important to me and what I base and run my life and my business around and something that plays an extremely important part of my personal and professional life. I’ve been involved in many different roles in my career to date but none more enjoyable or exciting than what I do now.
My expansive experience gained within my career to date, coupled with the ability to easily cross train, with total flexibility, and my first-class support and communication skills have enabled me to provide a first-class service for any of the organisations I have worked with.
Some of the attributes I can offer, but not limited to, are:
- The design, development, implementation and delivery of a multitude of training requirements and understand the development and progression of digital learning technologies.
- A variety of project work experience and the tools that make project activities work and flow efficiently.
- I have built a background of extensive knowledge, skillset and expertise in a diverse range of job roles, across the board in various business environments from education to local government to private organisations and operations with transitional implementations focussing on the areas of Training, Project and Change work which have developed my abilities of flexibility and adaptability to whatever task presents itself. These in turn allow me to implement and or follow business models, methodologies and change requirements for progression such as the Instructional Design ADDIE model for training, PRINCE2 for project based work and ADKAR model for change.
- I have technical expertise having held past positions as a Technical Support Analyst and Field Engineer giving me a great understanding of backend systems and hardware infrastructure.
- I am an effective communicator whether verbally, written and as a listener.
- I have a wealth of stakeholder experience, both in engagement and management, dealing with people from all walks of life and in many different and sometimes difficult situations and circumstances.
- I provide continuous relationship development through keeping everyone abreast of changes, developments, support and improvement through analysis and monitoring activities.
- I’m a massive support orientated person and look to do what I can understanding the needs requirements, whether it be helping someone I work with, an external customer/user or the organisation as a whole.
- I understand staff development and how it meets business needs and am someone who is more than happy to share information as a team player and develop others and their skill set or work independently as the need is required.
- I am a very ‘people orientated’ person and believe that the more you ‘work with’ and develop a person, the more you get out of them. I believe that if you are enthusiastic, you are more motivated; if you are more motivated, you are more productive; if you are more productive, you are more successful. The cycle then continues because if you are more successful, you become more enthusiastic and so on …. EVERYBODY WINS! I use this process with all stakeholder engagement.
